摘要
目的分析生物反馈电刺激疗法对产后盆底肌力受损的治疗效果。方法分析在郑州市第一人民医院分娩的1200例盆底肌力受损产妇,按照分娩方式分组分为顺产组和剖宫产组各600例,对比分析两组产妇盆底肌肌电活动改变及生物反馈电刺激治疗后改善情况。结果治疗前,两组患者Ⅱ类纤维、Ⅰ类纤维肌电压均降低,静息阶段肌电压均升高。不同分娩方式间Ⅱ类纤维、Ⅰ类纤维肌电压差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而静息阶段肌电压剖宫产组明显高于顺产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者Ⅱ类纤维、Ⅰ类纤维肌电压均明显升高,且顺产组高于剖宫产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);静息状态肌电压两组患者均有明显的下降,顺产组低于剖宫产组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不同分娩方式均可造成盆底肌力损伤。顺产产妇经生物反馈电刺激治疗后盆底肌力恢复更好。
Objective To analyze the evaluation of biofeedback electric stimulation therapy in postpartum pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.Methods Totally 1200 parturient women who received delivery in our hospital were enrolled in the study.They were catigorized into the spontaneous vaginal delivery group and the cesarean delivery group,with 600 cases in each group.Parturient women in two groups were all received rehabilitation treatment of pelvic floor.Damage degree of pelvic floor muscle and therapeutic effect were compared and analyzed.Results Before rehabilitation treatment,the pressure of classⅡmuscle fibers and classⅠmuscle fibers all dropped,the resting pressure raised.The pressure of classⅡmuscle fibers and classⅠmuscle fibers were no statistical difference between the spontaneous delivery group and the cesarean delivery group(P>0.05),but resting pressure in the cesarean delivery group was significantly higher than that of the spontaneous delivery group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).After rehabilitation treatment,pelvic floor muscle strength of parturient women in two groups was significantly improved.The pressure of classⅡmuscle fibers and classⅠmuscle fibers was significantly ascending,the resting pressure was significantly descending.The spontaneous delivery group had greater change than that of the cesarean delivery group,there was statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Two modes of delivery have damage to pelvic floor muscle.Recovery of parturient women with spontaneous delivery is better after rehabilitation treatment.
