外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)阴性富集联合FISH技术在监测肺腺癌转移中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究外周血循环肿瘤细胞(CTC)阴性富集联合免疫荧光原位杂交(FISH)技术在监测肺腺癌中的意义。方法选取2018年1月-2019年1月河南省南阳市第二人民医院肺腺癌患者150例,均应用外周血CTC阴性富集联合FISH技术检测,分析外周血CTC在临床不同分期阳性率。结果150例肺腺癌患者中CTC阳性率达55.33%;临床分期越晚,CTC阳性率越高(P<0.05);M1期CTC阳性率较M0期高(P<0.05)。结论CTC阳性率与肺腺癌临床不同分期密切相关,同时外周血CTC阴性富集联合FISH技术可为临床病情评估、预防转移复发、选择针对性治疗方案、判断预后提供数据支持。 Objective To explore the significance of combined immunologic Fluorescence in situ hybridization with negative enrichment of circulating tumor cells(CTC)in the detection of Lung Adenocarcinoma.Methods From January 2018 to January 2019,150 patients with Lung Adenocarcinoma were selected from the Second People’s Hospital of Nanyang,Henan Province.CTC negative enrichment in peripheral blood combined with FISH was used to analyze the positive rate of CTC in different clinical stages.Results The positive rate of CTC was 55.33%in 150 patients with lung Adenocarcinoma,the later the clinical stage,the higher the positive rate of CTC(P<0.05);the higher the positive rate of CTC in stage M1 than that in stage M0(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive rate of CTC is closely related to the clinical stages of Lung Adenocarcinoma,meanwhile,negative enrichment of CTC in peripheral blood combined with FISH provides data support for clinical evaluation,prevention of metastasis and recurrence,selection of targeted therapy and prognosis.
