摘要
体育教学的目的在于通过教育与引导使大学生拥有强健的体魄,为其日后更好地服务于社会建设做好准备。在日常教学活动中,高校要组织丰富多彩的课外体育活动,为实现体育教学目标提供辅助作用。为充分发挥出体育教学工作的价值,高校制定尝试将现代信息技术引入到课外体育活动中去,并制定了一系列合理的措施,推进普通高校课外体育活动信息化进程。
The purpose of physical education is to make college students have a strong physique through education and guidance,so that they can better serve the social construction in the future.In the daily teaching activities,colleges and universities should organize a variety of extracurricular sports activities to provide assistance for the realization of sports teaching objectives.In order to give full play to the value of physical education teaching,colleges and universities have formulated a series of reasonable measures to introduce modern information technology into extracurricular sports activities and promote the informatization process of extracurricular sports activities in Colleges and universities.
