摘要
智能变电站在运行维护上存在着新的问题,在差动保护方面,智能变电站差动保护的不平衡电流产生的原因和常规站不尽相同。分析了智能站差动保护不平衡电流产生的原因,并说明了这些原因的产生不只是由于设备误差,也有可能和电流互感器变比设置、合并单元延时参数设置、保护软压板投退不当等因素有关,这些都是智能变电站在建设和运行时存在的缺陷。将这些缺陷按照影响大小分类,并研究了对应的排查方法。
There exist new problems in the operation and maintenance of intelligent substation,in the aspect of differential protection,the cause of unbalanced current of intelligent substation differential protection is different from that of conventional substation.This paper analyzes the causes of unbalanced current in differential protection of intelligent substation,and explains that these causes are not only due to equipment error,but also may be related to current transformer ratio setting,combination unit delay parameter setting,and improper on/off switching of protection soft strap etc.,which are the defects in the construction and operation of intelligent substation.The paper also classifies these defects according to the magnitude of impact,and studies the corresponding troubleshooting methods.
