摘要
对智能变电站可靠性的分析应该从检修策略和组网方式2个维度进行。首先分析了智能变电站的5种基本维修任务,并根据延迟时间模型,建立了智能变电站的2种检修策略模型;然后将可靠性框图方法与蒙特卡洛仿真方法相结合,实现了对不同检修策略的可靠性仿真,克服了因状态空间爆炸而导致的求解难题;最后,以直采直跳、直采网跳和网采网跳等组网方式的智能变电站保护系统为研究对象,以常规变电站为比较基准,对智能变电站保护系统的可用性进行了详细的分析与讨论。研究结果对今后智能变电站的设计、施工和运维具有一定的参考价值。
The reliability analysis of smart substation should be carried Out from the two dimensions of maintenance strategy and network architecture. Five basic repair tasks of smart substation are analyzed in this paper, and two kinds of maintenance strategy model of smart substation based on the delay time model are set up. Then, via combining the method of reliability block diagram and Monte Carlo simulation, reliability simulation with different maintenance strategies is conducted to solve the problem of state space explosion. Finally, taking the protection system of smart substation of different network architectures as the research object and the conventional substation as the baseline, the availability of the protection system of smart substation is analyzed and discussed in detail. The research results have certain reference value for the future design, construction, operation and maintenance of smart substation.
