摘要
目的探讨腔内心电图定位技术在中心静脉置管中的应用效果。方法前瞻性选取2019年1~6月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的中心静脉置管患者100例,按照随机数字表随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用中心静脉置管常规方法,观察组患者则在中心静脉置管常规方法上加用腔内心电图定位技术引导定位。比较两组患者的一次置管成功率、中心静脉导管尖端到位率。结果观察组和对照组患者的一次置管成功率分别为98.0%和92.0%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组和对照组患者的中心静脉导管尖端到位率分别为98.0%和82.0%,观察组明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腔内心电图定位技术可引导中心静脉置管定位,相对于常规方法更加准确有效,导管尖端到位率较高,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of intracavitary electrocardiography(intracavitary electrocardiography,IC-ECG)localization technology in central vein catheterization.Methods 100 patients with central vein catheterization admitted in the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January to June 2019 were enrolled in this prospective study and were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group used the routine method of central vein catheterization,while the patients in observation group used the IC-ECG to guide the location based on the routine method of central vein catheterization.The success rate of one-time catheterization and the in-place rate of the central venous catheter tip were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in the success rate of one-time catheterization between the observation group(98.0%)and the control group(92.0%);the in-place rate of catheter tip in the observation group(98.0%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intracavitary electrocardiographic localization technology can guide the positioning of central vein catheterization,which is more accurate and effective than the routine method,and the in-place rate of catheter tip is higher,which is worthy of clinical application.
