摘要
心电图机主要用于测量人体所发出的相应生物电波形电位,可以给医生临床疾病的诊断提供参考依据。使用导联电缆实现心电图机和心电图检定仪之间的连接,后者可以结合行业规定的检定要求,对设备进行检定,并按规定输出检定结果所代表的标准信号,之后设备可以经过记录,对检定仪获得的结果进行显示,其显示的结果同时与检定仪给出的标准值之间,进行综合对比,获取差值,得到误差水平。在这个过程中,心电图机得到的数据结果的准确性,同患者的身体健康之间具有较为密切关联,若是测量值不够准确,便会导致疾病诊断的结果受到一定影响,容易出现误诊的情况,导致患者的身体健康与生命安全受到威胁。所以国家将心电图机列入强检目录,进行强制检定。文章阐述了检定规程中的测量不确定度,并进行长度测量仪器的选取和测量不确定度的分析,以供参考。
Electrocardiograph is mainly used to measure the corresponding bioelectric wave potential emitted by the human body, which can provide reference for the diagnosis of clinical diseases. Use the lead cable to realize the connection between ECG machine and ECG calibrator, the latter can be combined with the verification requirements stipulated in the industry, to verify the equipment, and output the standard signal represented by the verification results according to the regulations, and then the equipment can be recorded to display the results obtained by the verification instrument, the displayed results and the standard value given by the verification instrument. Make a comprehensive comparison, obtain the difference, get the error level. In this process, the accuracy of the data obtained by the electrocardiogram machine is closely related to the patient’s health. If the measured value is not accurate enough, the result of disease diagnosis will be affected to some extent, which is prone to misdiagnosis, resulting in a threat to the patient’s health and life safety. So the electrocardiogram machine will be included in the strong detection directory, compulsory verification. This paper describes the measurement uncertainty in verification regulation, and carries on the selection of length measuring instruments and the analysis of measurement uncertainty for reference.
