摘要
通过理论分析太阳能光伏组件旁路二极管功能实验遮挡测试原理,得出“遮挡电池片时旁路二极管不一定导通”这一结论。结合目前常见的4种内部电路结构光伏组件旁路二极管功能实验的实验数据,总结出判断旁路二极管导通的方法。通过进一步研究实验结果,发现遮挡不同电池片得到不同情况的I-V曲线,这一结论有助于通过遮挡电池片反向推导光伏组件内部电路结构。
Through theoretical analysis of the shielding test principle of the solar photovoltaic module bypass diode function test,it is concluded that the bypass diode does not necessarily conduct when shielding the battery slice.Based on the experimental data of the bypass diode function tests of photovoltaic modules with four common internal circuit structures,the method for judging the conduction of the bypass diode was summarized.Through further research on the test results,I-V curves of different situations were obtained by shielding different cells.This conclusion is helpful to reverse deduce the internal circuits structure of photovoltaic modules by shielding the cells.
