摘要 介绍了半刚性太阳电池阵用二极管的功能、特点和所处力学环境,以及通过开展仿真分析结合试验验证的方式,获得了隔离二极管在轨的工作温度以及产品设计状态的合理性及适应性的情况。简述了半刚性太阳电池阵用二极管的基本结构、工作原理,详细进行了开展仿真分析的结果及数据,并对循环试验验证结果进行了说明。充分分析验证了半刚性太阳电池阵用二极管对热环境的适应性。 The function, characteristic, and mechanical environment of the diode in semi-rigid solar array was introduced in this paper. By means of simulation analysis combining with test verification, the isolation diode working temperature in orbit, and the rationality and the applicability of design was known. The basic structure and the working principle of isolation diode in semi-rigid solar array were also introduced. And the result and data of simulation analysis and cycle test were described in detail. The thermal environment applicability of the diode in semi-rigid solar array was analyzed.
