甲酸与木质磺酸混合物对黄羽肉鸡生产性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 选取1日龄黄羽肉鸡公雏240羽,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复12只.试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ和Ⅳ组肉鸡在饲喂基础日粮的基础上,分别饮用含0%、0.15%、0.20%和0.25%甲酸与木质磺酸混合物(MFALA)的水,试验期21 d,研究在饮用水中添加不同含量的MFALA对黄羽肉鸡生产性能及空肠组织结构、紧密连接蛋白和免疫因子的影响.结果表明:(1)Ⅱ组肉鸡的平均日增重显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(2)Ⅱ组肉鸡空肠的绒毛高度及绒毛高度与隐窝深度的比值显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(3)Ⅱ组肉鸡空肠紧密连接蛋白occludin和claudin-1基因mRNA的相对表达量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05);(4)Ⅱ组肉鸡空肠抗炎因子IL-4基因mRNA的相对表达量显著高于Ⅰ组(P<0.05),Ⅱ组肉鸡空肠促炎因子IL-6基因mRNA的相对表达量显著低于Ⅰ组(P<0.05).由此可见,在饮用水中添加MFALA能改善黄羽肉鸡空肠的组织结构、紧密连接蛋白和免疫因子,提高黄羽肉鸡的生产性能. To investigate the efficacy of mixture of formic acid and lignosulfonic acid(MFALA) on improving the development of yellow broilers, 240 1-day-old yellow-feathered male broilers were randomized into 4 groups, with 5 replicates per group and 12 broilers per replicate. Group Ⅰ-Ⅳ were respectively supplemented with 0%, 0.15%, 0.20% and 0.25% liquid MFALA on the basis of basal diet for 21 d. The results showed that in group Ⅱ average daily gain, the height of jejunum villi, villus height/crypt depth ratio, relative quantitative expressions of jejunal tight junction occludin and claudin-1 were significantly increased compared with the control(P<0.05). Relative expression level of the jejunal IL-4 gene in group Ⅱ rose significantly while that of the IL-4 gene dropped compared with the control(P<0.05). In conclusion, MFALA can improve the intestinal histomorphology, tighten junction protein and mucosal immune factors of yellow broilers, thus boosting the growth performance of yellow broilers.
