摘要
文章针对传统挣值法对项目整体挣值分析可能会给管理者带来错误信息这一弊端,提出基于关键路径分析的改进挣值法,并引入新的参数--关键比CR,充分考虑关键路径以及关键路径上关键工作对项目进度-成本的影响。实际案例分析表明,基于关键路径分析的改进挣值法对实际项目的管理效果良好。
Aiming at the disadvantage that the traditional earned value analysis of the project’s overall earned value analysis may bring incorrect information to managers,an improved earned value method based on critical path analysis is proposed,and a new parameter,the critical ratio-CR.The critical path and the impact of critical work on the critical path on project schedule-cost is fully considered.The actual case analysis shows that the improved earned value method based on critical path analysis has a good effect on the management of the actual project.
