摘要
目的探讨腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗膝关节痛的临床疗效。方法40例膝关节痛患者,均实施腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗。观察分析患者的临床疗效。结果40例患者中,治愈24例,显效10例,减轻5例,无效1例,总有效率为97.5%。结论腕踝针结合体针、中药熏洗治疗膝关节痛疗效显著,其操作简单,有推广价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation in the treatment of knee joint pain.Methods A total of 40 cases of knee joint pain all treated by wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation,and their clinical efficacy was observed and analyzed.Results Of the 40 patients,24 cases were cured,10 cases were markedly effective,5 cases were relieved,and 1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.5%.Conclusion Wrist-ankle acupuncture combined with body acupuncture and Chinese herbal fumigation shows remarkable efficacy in the treatment of knee pain with simple operation,and has the value of popularization.
