高压气井测试管柱遇卡事故处理与井控反思

摘要 某海外油气田高压气井S-1井,在结束完测试,准备起测试管柱时井下遇卡,无法起钻。根据遇卡的现象,分析遇卡的可能原因,采取对应的解卡措施,最终成功解卡。同时面对解卡后突发溢流连锁反应,立即采取紧急处理措施,成功抢接防喷单根,及时控制井口,防止了进一步发生事故。对于卡钻的原因和溢流后所采取井控措施所暴露问题,现场作业人员和管理人员,应当进行深刻的反思和规范以后的工作,必须严格遵守井口操作规程,必须严守井控规定,才能防止事故发生,保证安全生产。 In an overseas oil and gas field,high-pressure gas well S-1,at the end of the test,was ready to start testing a pipe string and encountered a stuck downhole,unable to start pulling out.According to the phenomenon of tool string stucked,analyze the possible reasons for the tools stucked,take corresponding tools release measures,and finally successfully release the tools.At the same time,in the face of the sudden overflow after the tool string was released,emergency measures were immediately taken to successfully install the kelly pipe and close the BOP and control the wellhead in time to prevent further accidents.For the cause of stuck testing string and the problems exposed by well control measures taken after overflow,on-site operators and management personnel should conduct deep reflection and standardize future work.All must strictly abide by wellhead operating regulations and must strictly observe well control regulations before Prevent accidents and ensure safe operation.
