摘要
伊拉克BLOCK-10区块Mishrif层属于高产油藏,完井测试过程中存在着测试风险系数高、测试工具选型多样化、钻井与压井期间容易对储层造成污染、测试联作管柱与试井测井等工艺配合施工局限性大等问题。针对该区块油藏特点,选用超级安全阀内防喷技术、机械丢枪技术、选择测试阀全通径工具组配为基础的测试管柱,搭配114 mm射孔枪与深穿透射孔弹组合、114 mm TMK气密油管以及酸前酸后对比测试工作制度,形成多功能完井一体化管柱测试工艺技术。经在Eridu-7井试油作业,获得日产原油2020 m^(3),日产天然气15×10^(4)m^(3)。该区块已累计进行6井次10层测试施工,成功率100%。该技术一次测试可以实现PVT、生产测井、酸化等工艺施工,有效提高试油效率,可为国内外同类型油藏的试油提供借鉴。
Mishrif layer in block-10 of Iraq is a high-yield oil reservoir.There are many issues in the process of well completion test,such as high testing risk in test operation,diversified test tool selection,reservoir pollution during drilling and well-killing process,and high limitations in the compatibility of the combined test pipe string with other wellbore operations including well test and well logging.Considering the characteristics of the reservoir in this block,a set of integrated multi-functional completion pipe string testing technology are formed by the super safety valve internal blowout prevention technology,the mechanical gun releasing technology,the test pipe string based on the test valve full-diameter tool assembly,the 114 mm perforating gun with deep penetrating perforating bullets,the 114 mm TMK gas-tight tubing and the comparative test system before and after acidizing.After the oil test operation in Well Eridu-7,the daily output of oil was 2020 m^(3) and the natural gas was 15×10^(4) m^(3).In this block,this technology has been applied for a total of 6 well times and 10 layers with a success rate of 100%.By using this technology,multiple technological measurments such as PVT,production logging and acidizing can be carried on in one trip,which can effectively improve the oil production test efficiency,and provide reference for the production test of similar reservoirs in both China and the abroad.
