摘要
为研究建立一种使用扫描电镜/能谱仪检验皮鞋鞋底的快速、准确、无损的方法,利用扫描电镜能谱仪对收集到的56个不同品牌的皮鞋鞋底样品进行检验,根据扫描电镜图和能谱数据对样品进行初步分类,借助化学计量学实现对样品的精确分类,建立了扫描电镜能谱法区分皮鞋鞋底的模型。结果表明,皮鞋鞋底可利用扫描电镜能谱仪进行定性检验。该方法灵敏、便捷、具有良好的重现性,可用于鉴别皮鞋鞋底材料。
To establish a rapid,accurate and non-destructive method for the inspection of leather shoe soles by SEM/EDS,56 samples of different leather shoes soles were discriminated by SEM/EDS.The samples were preliminarily classified according to SEM and EDS.The exact classification of the samples was realized by chemometrics and the SEM/EDS model to distinguish the model of sole of leather shoes was established.The results show that the shoe soles can be tested qualitatively by SEM/EDS.The method is sensitive,convenient and reproducible,and can be used to identify shoe sole materials.
