摘要
目的:研究藻酸盐敷料联合湿润烧伤膏在腹部手术切口脂肪液化中的应用。方法:纳入2018年6月-2019年10月于笔者所在医院接受腹部手术后发生切口脂肪液化的160例患者。按照随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,各80例。对照组使用传统敷料治疗,试验组则使用藻酸盐敷料联合湿润烧伤膏治疗,两组均治疗14 d。比较两组临床疗效,两组换药次数、切口愈合时间及换药疼痛程度。结果:试验组总有效率为100%,高于对照组的87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组换药次数少于对照组,NRS-11评分低于对照组,切口愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:藻酸盐敷料联合湿润烧伤膏在腹部切口脂肪液化的治疗中疗效显著,可有效减轻换药疼痛程度及减少换药次数,促进切口愈合。
Objective:To study the application of alginate dressing combined with Moist Burn Ointment(MEBO)in fat liquefaction of abdominal incision.Method:A total of 160 patients with incision fat liquefaction after abdominal operation in our hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group according to random number table,80 cases in each.The control group was treated with traditional dressing,while the experimental group was treated with alginate dressing combined with MEBO for 14 days.The clinical effect,the number of dressing change,the time of incision healing and the degree of dressing change pain were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 100%,which was higher than that of the control group(87.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of dressing changes in the experimental group was less than that in the control group,the NRS-11 score was lower than that in the control group,and the healing time of incision was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The alginate dressing combined with MEBO is effective in the treatment of abdominal incision fat liquefaction,which can effectively reduce the degree of dressing change pain,reduce the frequency of dressing change and promote incision healing.
