摘要
目的分析剖宫产腹部手术切口脂肪液化的危险因素并探讨针对性预防策略。方法回顾性分析研究组剖宫产腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者、对照组剖宫产未发生腹部手术切口脂肪液化患者临床资料,分析剖宫产腹部手术切口脂肪液化的发生原因,并结合既往经验、借鉴兄弟单位临床经验、查阅相关资料总结预防对策。结果研究组BMI <18. 5 kg/m2或> 24 kg/m2、手术时间>1. 5 h、糖尿病、妊娠期水肿、贫血、切口缝合不良所占比例均显著高于对照组,各组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P <0. 05)。结论临床医护人员应准确掌握剖宫产腹部手术切口脂肪液化相关危险因素,接诊高危患者后积极采取有效措施预防其剖宫产术后腹部手术切口发生脂肪液化,有利于保障其生活质量及身心健康,对维护良好的医患关系也具有积极意义。
Objective ：To analyze the risk factors of fat liquefaction in abdonfinal incision in cesarean section and to ex- plore targeted prevention strategies. Methods ： Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of patients with cesarean section abdonfinal fat incision fat liquefaction, cesarean section without abdonfinal surgery incision fat liquefaction, analysis of the causes of fat liquefaction in cesarean section abdonfinal surgery, combined with past experience Learn from the clinical experience of the fraternal units and review relevant data to sumnlarize preventive measures. Results：The BMI of the study group was 〈 18.5kg/m2 or 〉24kg/m2 , the operation time was 〉 1.5 h, the proportion of diabetes, edema during pregnancy, anenfia, and incision suture was significantly higher than that of the control group. Aeadenfie significance （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Clinical medical staff should accurately grasp the risk factors related to fat liquefaction in abdonfinal incision in cesarean section. After receiving high-risk patients, they should take effective measures to prevent fat liquefaction in abdominal incision after cesarean section, which is conducive to the quality of life and Physical and mental health is also positive for well-maintained doctor-patient relationships.
