摘要
目的:探讨小针刀联合理筋法对陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者踝关节功能的应用效果。方法:选择2017年10月-2019年10月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的陈旧性踝关节扭伤患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施针刀行踝关节痛点联合理筋法治疗,观察组实施针刀行跗骨窦减压联合理筋法治疗,对比两组临床疗效及踝关节功能情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,且观察组踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刀行跗骨窦减压联合理筋法治疗,其临床疗效显著,可有效提高患者踝关节功能。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of small needle-knife combined with tendon-soothing therapy in ankle joint function of patients with old ankle joint sprain.Method:A total of 60 patients with old ankle joint sprain who treated in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected,and were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with needle-knife for ankle joint pain and tendon-soothing therapy,and the observation group was given needle-knife sinus tarsal decompression combined with tendon-soothing therapy.The clinical efficacy and ankle joint function were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the score of ankle joint function in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Needle-knife sinus tarsal decompression combined with tendon-soothing therapy has significant clinical efficacy,it can increase ankle joint function of patients.
