摘要
通过参加全国中医护理骨干人才培训项目,总结笔者学习收获,归纳学习内容,涉及中医护理管理、中医护理临床思维、中医特色护理技术、临床实践等相关内容。通过中医基础知识分层学习、学习成果汇报及中医适宜技术培训、开展中医特色护理查房、制定推广一病一操,促进全院护理人员学习掌握中医护理操作技术。姜灸脐疗联合穴位敷贴治疗消渴痹证阳虚血瘀证、全息铜砭刮痧联合耳穴埋豆治疗不寐、中药膏摩技术治疗痹证、中药眼部雾化治疗消渴目病在全院广泛应用均取得令患者满意的效果。发挥中医护理骨干的辐射带动作用,提高护理人员实践能力,提高院内中医护理队伍的专业素质和服务能力。加强专科、学科建设,为中医护理专业发展贡献力量。
Through participating in the national training program for TCM nursing talents,the authors have summarized learning experience and the learning content,including TCM nursing management,clinical thinking of TCM nursing,characteristic nursing techniques of TCM,clinical practice and other related content.Through the hierarchical learning of basic knowledge of TCM,learning achievement reporting,training of appropriate techniques of TCM,carrying out characteristic nursing rounds of TCM,and developing and promoting one disease one exercise,it promotes the nursing staff of the hospital to learn and master the operation techniques of TCM nursing.Ginger moxibustion umbilical therapy combined with acupoint application in the treatment of arthralgia syndrome yang deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of diabetes,holographic copper needle scrapping combined with auricular point pressing beans to treat insomnia,Chinese ointment and massage technology to treat arthralgia syndrome,and Chinese medicine eye atomization to treat diabetes eye disease have been widely used in the hospital.
