摘要 为满足高校应用型人才培养需求,提高已有实训设备利用率,达到多学科知识综合运用的实训目的,综合利用机械加工、自动控制、PROFINET通信、OPC通信、套接字通信、LabVIEW图形化编程等技术,设计了一种基于PLC控制器及LabVIEW上位机的协同制造实训平台,实现了五轴加工中心和工业机器人等高端设备的协同工作。详细阐述了平台的硬件组成、网络结构及软件设计思路与方法,列举了平台可以支撑的实训内容,总结了平台的应用效果并提出了后续改进方向。 In order to meet the training demands of applied talents in colleges,to improve the utilization rate of existing training equipments,and to achieve the training purpose of comprehensive use of multi-disciplinary knowledge,a training platform for collaborative manufacturing based on PLC controller and Host computer with LabVIEW installed is designed,to achieve the coordinated work of advanced equipment such as five-axis machining centers and industrial robots,by comprehensively using of technologies such as machining,automatic control,PROFINET communication,OPC communication,socket communication,LabVIEW graphical programming and other technologies.The hardware composition,network structure and software design ideas and methods of the platform are elaborated in detail,the training content supported by the platform is listed,the application effects of the platform are summarized and the subsequent improvement directions are proposed.
