维生素C与木糖醇配伍的稳定性考察

摘要 目的:考察维生素C注射液与木糖醇的配伍稳定性。方法:试验分避光组与室内光组,在25℃条件下,8 h内采用高效液相色谱法测定配伍液中维生素C的含量,同时观察配伍液外观、p H及草酸含量变化。结果:在试验温度条件下,维生素C与木糖醇配伍后8h内,外观、p H以及含量均无明显变化。结论:维生素C注射液与木糖醇注射液在8 h内可以配伍使用。 Objective: To investigate the stability of vitamin C injection combined with xylitol injection. Methods: The content of vitamin C in xylitol injection was determined by HPLC within 8 hours at 25℃ . The samples were divided into two groups,away from light group and the normal group,and the appearance of the compatibility solution,p H and content of oxalic acid were observed. Results: There were no significant changes in the color,p H value and content in the mixed solution determined at different time points within 8 h after the mixing at room temperature. Conclusion: Vitamin C injection can be mixed with xylitol injection for clinical use within 8 hours.
