摘要
目的:考察不同p H值对维生素C(Vc)注射液的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法对不同p H值的Vc注射液进行最大吸收波长考察,进行稳定性试验筛选最稳定的p H值,采用百分吸收系数法测定稳定p H值的Vc注射液含量。结果:随着pH值的增大,最大吸收波长红移,反之则紫移;pH值在3左右时最大吸收波长比较稳定;把pH值控制在3左右测定Vc注射液的含量为:95.36%-98.64%。结论:pH值影响Vc注射液的最大吸收波长,把pH值控制在3左右,Vc注射液较稳定。
Objective: To study the influence of different pH on vitamin c (Vc) injection. Method: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was applied to investigate the maximum absorption wavelength of Vc injection at different pH. The most suitable pH value was chosen and the stable Vc injection content was detected using percent absorption method. Result: With the increase of pH value, maximum absorption wavelength was shifted to long wavelength. Maximum absorption wavelength was stable at pH 3. And Vc injection content was 95.36%-98.64% at pH 3. Conclusion: pH values affect the wavelength of maximum absorption of Vc injection. Vc injection is stable at pH 3.
