摘要
目的 探讨非洛地平联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效.方法 选择2017年1月至2018年12月本院收治的冠心病心绞痛患者122例,按照患者治疗方式分成2组,每组61例;对照组采用非洛地平治疗,观察组采取非洛地平联合麝香保心丸治疗;比较2组临床疗效,患者症状改善情况,比较2组患者心肌酶谱指标、血清炎症因子变化以及治疗期间不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组心电图缺血改善率为(95%)明显高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率(93%)明显高于对照组77%(P<0.05),心绞痛发作次数、持续时间均少于/短于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,2组患者肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、白细胞介素(IL)-18、基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)-9、髓过氧化物酶(MPO)水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),其中观察组患者cTnT、CK、CK-MB、IL-18、MMP-9、MPO水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组总不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 非洛地平联合麝香保心丸治疗能更有效缓解冠心病心绞痛患者心绞痛发作情况,改善患者心肌功能,降低患者炎症反应,疗效显著、安全性高.
Objective To discuss the efficacy of felodipine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill in the treatment of angina pectoris.Methods From January 2017 to December 2018,122 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris were enrolled in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment mode of the patients,61 cases in each group.The control group was treated with felodipine,and the observation group was treated with felodipine combined with Shexiang Baoxin pill.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the symptoms of the patients were improved.The myocardial zymograms,serum inflammatory factors and the adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the improvement rate of ECG in the observation group(95%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(80%)(P<0.05);the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the number and duration of angina pectoris were less/shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of cTnT,CK,CK-MB,IL-18,MMP-9 and MPO in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Among them,c TnT,CK,CK-MB,IL-18.MMP-9 and MPO levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of felodipine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill can more effectively relieve the onset of angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease,im-prove myocardial function and reduce the inflammatory response of patients,with remarkable curative effect and high safety.
