内陆碱性蓝藻暴发水体浮游动物功能群及影响因子 被引量:3

Functional Group and Influence Factors of Zooplankton in Cyanobacteria Outbreaks of Inland Alkaline Water

摘要 为了更有效地治理内陆碱性蓝藻暴发水体,于2015年夏季(7月末)对呼伦湖7个采样点进行了浮游动物的采样调查,分析了呼伦湖地区浮游动物功能群组成,以及水化学环境因子。结果表明:蓝藻暴发期,呼伦湖夏季浮游动物共24种,可划分为7个功能群,以功能群RF和RC为主,大型滤食性浮游动物功能几乎缺失。影响呼伦湖夏季蓝藻暴发期浮游动物功能群的主要因素为COD Cr、TP、ALK和BOD 5,优势功能群RF同TN、TP、WT呈显著正相关,同BOD 5呈显著负相关;而功能群RC同SD显著负相关,同COD Cr、ALK呈显著正相关。蓝藻暴发区域和非暴发区域浮游动物功能群差异不显著,说明鱼类摄食对浮游动物的下行效应或其他的潜在因素对浮游动物的压制更为明显。 The experiment was conducted to study the zooplankton functional group and the influencing factors in the alkaline cyanobacteria water in the north inland,in the summer of 2015(at the end of July),and the zooplankton sampling was conducted at seven sampling points in Hulun Lake.The composition of zooplankton functional groups and water environmental factors in Hulun Lake area were analyzed.There were 24 species of zooplankton in Hulun Lake during the outbreaks of cyanobacteria,which were divided into seven functional groups.The main functional groups were RF and RC,and the functions of large copepods carnivore were almost absent.The main factors affecting the zooplankton functional group during the summer cyanobacteria in Hulun Lake were COD Cr,TP,ALK and BOD 5.The dominant functional group RF was significantly positively correlated with TN、TP and WT,and negatively correlated with BOD 5.On the contrary,the functional group RC was significantly positively correlated with COD Cr and ALK,and negatively correlated with SD.There was no significant difference in zooplankton functional groups between cyanobacteria and non-explosive areas,indicating that the downward effects of fish feeding on zooplankton or other potential factors on zooplankton suppression were more obvious and further research was needed.
