摘要
随着我国制造业水平的飞速发展,为了提高工厂中运送人造板的效率和运送设备的自动化程度,根据实际生产需求,设计了一种利用磁导航传感器和RFID标签读写器来完成路径识别与规划的人造板自动运送设备,并运用三维软件完成了对该设备整体结构的三维建模。为确保设计的可靠性以及运送过程中的稳定性,利用ANSYS软件对减振单元模块进行了有限元分析,并通过计算得出相应结论,从而验证设计是否符合实际生产需求,为木工机械的发展提供了一种新的思路。
With the rapid development of China's manufacturing industry,in order to improve the efficiency of transporting wood-based panels in the factory and the automation of transport equipment,according to the actual production needs,automatic manmade board transporting equipment utilizing magnetic navigation sensor and RFID tag reader to complete path identification and planning was designed,with 3D software used to complete the 3D modeling of the overall structure of the equipment.In order to ensure the reliability of design and the smoothness in the transportation process,ANSYS software was used to conduct finite element analysis of the damping unit module,with corresponding conclusions obtained through calculation to verify whether the design meets the actual production requirements,which provides a new idea for the development of woodworking machinery.
