摘要
选用扎根理论质性研究方法,萃取出城市轨道工程合同界面风险主要来自于6类成因20个子因子,分别为宏观外部环境、业主管理水平、合同文件组成、项目组织协调、专业交叉管理及动态建设过程;并基于各成因与合同界面风险之间的直接、中介及调节效应关系分析,构建城市轨道交通工程合同界面风险成因框架模型,揭示其合同界面风险发生的缘由,为政府、业主及各参建方进行合同界面风险管理提供理论借鉴及实践参考。
This paper selects the qualitative research method of grounded theory,extracting the causes of contract interface risk(CIR)in urban rail transit engineering mainly come from the 19 sub-factors of 6 categories,containing the macro external environment,the management level of owners,the composition of contract documents,the coordination of project organization,the professional cross management and the dynamic construction process,and based on the analysis of the direct,intermediary and regulatory effects between each cause and CIR,constructs the CIR genetic framework model of urban rail transit engineering,reveals the causes of CIR,aims to provide the theoretical reference and practical guidance for the CIR management of government,owners and participants.
