摘要
为了比较桓仁水库和碧流河水库浮游生物群落结构的差异,于2018年4、6、8月分别对两座水库进行了采样调查,研究其浮游生物的种类组成、优势种、相似性指数(P′)等,并对结果进行典范对应分析(CCA)。结果表明:桓仁水库共检出浮游植物202种,平均密度为0.97×107 ind./L,平均生物量为12.92 mg/L,多样性指数为3.27,均匀度指数为0.769;碧流河水库共检出浮游植物115种,平均密度为0.72×107 ind./L,平均生物量为16.05 mg/L,多样性指数为3.287,均匀度指数为0.714;两水库浮游植物相似性指数为30.99%;桓仁水库浮游动物共检出107种,平均密度为526.6 ind./L,平均生物量为2.16 mg/L;碧流河水库浮游动物共检出60种,平均密度140.9 ind./L,平均生物量为0.80 mg/L;两水库浮游动物相似性指数为35.77%;桓仁水库总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)平均含量分别为1.06、0.09 mg/L,碧流河水库总氮、总磷平均含量分别为0.89、0.08 mg/L;依据加权综合营养状态指数看,桓仁水库属于富营养型,碧流河属于中富营养型;典范对应分析(CCA)显示,影响桓仁水库浮游生物优势种的主要环境因子为COD、NO-2-N、DO、SD、TP,影响碧流河水库浮游生物优势种的主要环境因子为PO3-4-P、TN、SiO4-4-Si、Chl-a。研究表明,桓仁水库和碧流河水库浮游生物群落结构稳定,水环境良好,桓仁水库浮游生物种类数及密度高于碧流河水库,物种更为丰富。
The species composition,dominant species,and similarity index(P′)of plankton were comparatively investigated between Huanren Reservoir and Biliuhe Reservoir.Liaoning Province,in April,June,and August 2018 and evaluated by canonical correspondence analysis(CCA)in order to compare the difference in plankton community structure in the two reservoirs.The results showed that 202 species of phytoplankton were found in Huanren Reservoir,with an average density of 0.97×107 ind./L,an average biomass of 12.92 mg/L,an average diversity index of 3.27,and an evenness index of 0.769.A total of 115 phytoplankton species were observed in Biliuhe Reservoir,with a density of 0.72×107 ind./L,biomass of 16.05 mg/L,diversity index of 3.287,and uniformity index of 0.714.Phytoplankton similarity index was 30.99%between the two reservoirs.A total of 107 species of zooplankton were observed in Huanren Reservoir,with density of 526.6 ind./L and biomass of 2.16 mg/L.A total of 60 species of zooplankton were detected in Biliuhe Reservoir,with an average density of 140.9 ind./L and an average biomass of 0.80 mg/L.The similarity index of zooplankton was 35.77%in the two reservoirs.The average content of total nitrogen(TN)was shown to be 1.06 mg/L in Huanren Reservoir and 0.89 mg/L in Biliuhe Reservoir;average content of total phosphorus(TP)0.09 mg/L in Huanren Reservoir,and 0.08 mg/L in Biliuhe Reservoir.The weighted comprehensive nutrient state index indicated that Huanren Reservoir was within the eutrophication type,and Biliu River in the medium eutrophication type.Canonical Correspondence Analysis(CCA)revealed that the main environmental factors affecting dominant plankton species were found to be COD,NO-2-N,DO,SD,and TP in Huanren Reservoir.The main environmental factors affecting the dominant species were PO3-4-P,TN,SiO4-4-Si,and Chl-a in Biliuhe Reservoir.The findings indicated that the structure of plankton communities is stable and the water environment is good in Huanren Reservoir and Biliuhe Reservoir due to bioremediation engin
