摘要
本文于2017—2018年对北京永定河干流门城湖、莲石湖、晓月湖和宛平湖浮游植物的群落结构,包括种类组成、密度、生物量、优势度、香农-威纳多样性指数、均匀性指数进行了调查研究。结果表明:永定河共发现浮游植物149种,其中蓝藻门35种,硅藻门29种,甲藻门和隐藻门各3种,黄藻门2种,金藻门2种,裸藻门6种,绿藻门最多,有69种,四次采样的浮游植物优势种有65种,浮游植物平均密度为21.43×106ind/L,平均生物量为10.64mg/L。生物多样性(香农维纳)指数3.32,超过2,根据多样性指数评价标准,永定河水系的水质整体为β-中污型,其中除宛平湖水质为β-中污型外,其他三湖水质都是清洁-寡污型,生物均匀性指数0.68,超过0.5,根据均匀度指数评价标准,永定河水质为清洁-寡污型,其中门城湖、莲石湖、晓月湖、宛平湖水质都为清洁-寡污型。根据加权综合营养状态指数,永定河整体为轻度富营养化,其中门城湖、晓月湖和宛平湖的营养状态等级都是轻度富营养化,而莲石湖营养状态等级为中营养。
This paper investigated tthe community structure of phytoplankton in Mencheng Lake,Lianshi Lake,Xiaoyue Lake and Wanping Lake,the mainstream of Yongding River in Beijing from 2017 to 2018,including species composition,density,biomass,dominance,Shannon-Wiener diversity index and evenness index.The results show that there are 149 species of phytoplankton in Yongding River,including 35 species of Cyanophyta,29 species of Bacillariophyta,3 species of Pyrrophyta and 3 species of Cryptophyta,2 species of Xanthophyta,2 species of Chrysophyta,6 species Euglenophyta and the most species of Chlorophyta,there are 69 species,the average density of four times sampling phytoplankton is 21.43×106ind/L,the average biomass is 10.64mg/L,there are 67 dominant species.The Biodiversity Index(Shannon-Wiener Index)is 3.32 more than 2.According to the evaluation criteria of the diversity index,the overall water quality of the Yongding River is theβ-polluted type,except Lake Wanping water which is theβ-polluted type,the water quality of the other three lakes is clean-less polluted,with the biological evenness exceeding 0.5.According to the evenness index,the water quality of the Yongding River is clean-less polluted,among which Lake Mencheng,Lake Lianshi and Lake Xiaoyue are clean-less polluted,the water quality of Lake Wanping is clean-less polluted.The whole river system of Yongding River is slightly eutrophic,in which Lake Mencheng,Lake Xiaoyue and Lake Wanping are all slightly eutrophic,while Lake Lianshi is moderately eutrophic.
