摘要
目的探讨凝血指标变化与房颤所致心悸之间的相关性。方法通过回顾性分析的办法,运用现有中医理论对房颤所致心悸患者的辨证分型与凝血指标DDT、AT3、FIB、PT、INR、APTT、TT之间建立相关性关系模型,确定二者之间的具体关系。结果房颤患者PT、APTT、FIB明显低于其他疾病所致心悸患者,房颤患者AT3、INR、DDT明显高于其他疾病所致心悸患者。房颤患者中痰阻滞型、心脉淤阻型患者的DDT明显高于其他辩证患者的中医辩证分型。结论房颤患者各类型患者中运用DDT指标能够有效对患者的中医辩证分型有辅助价值,能够对日后中医的个性化治疗提供一定的参考。
Objective To investigate the correlation between changes in coagulation parameters and palpitations caused by atrial fibrillation.Methods Through retrospective analysis,the existing TCM theory was used to establish a correlation model between the syndrome differentiation of palpitations caused by atrial fibrillation and the coagulation indexes DDT,AT3,FIB,PT,INR,APTT and TT.The specific relationship between the two.Results The PT,APTT and FIB of patients with atrial fibrillation were significantly lower than those of other patients with palpitations.The AT3,INR and DDT of patients with atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than those of other patients with palpitations.In patients with atrial fibrillation,the DDT of patients with sputum block and cardiac obstruction was significantly higher than that of other dialectical patients.Conclusion The use of DDT markers in patients with atrial fibrillation can effectively support the dialectical classification of TCM patients and provide a reference for the personalized treatment of TCM in the future.
