摘要
大数据能强化各部门合成作战,整合不同行业资源,拓展情报信息获取主体,推动侦查协作转变。大数据背景下,我国侦查协作仍存在数据信息共享困难,专业技术人才匮乏,协作机制不健全,各协作机关对数据过度依赖等问题。应打破信息壁垒,建立合理的协作体系,培养专业人才,建立情报信息共享系统和数据联动机制,完善侦查协作机制。
Big data can strengthen the synthesis operations of various departments,integrate the resources of different industries,expand the subject of intelligence information acquisition,and promote the transformation of investigation cooperation.China’s investigation cooperation still witnesses difficulty in data information sharing,shortage of professional and technical personnels,unsound cooperation mechanism,and excessive reliance on data by the cooperation agencies.Therefore,efforts need to be made to break down information barriers,establish a reasonable cooperation system,train professionals,establish an intelligence information sharing system and a data linkage mechanism,and improve investigation cooperation mechanism.
