摘要
目的:分析穴位针刺联合康复训练对膝前交叉韧带重建术后功能恢复及预后的影响。方法:选取160例实施膝前交叉韧带重建术患者,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组各80例。对照组术后实施常规康复训练,试验组在此基础上实施穴位针刺康复措施。比较2组患者术前、术后4个月膝关节功能评分(HSS)、膝关节本体感觉恢复情况[膝关节不同屈曲角度差值关节位置觉(JPS)]以及术后4个月生活质量[健康状态调查简表(SF-36)]评分。结果:术后4个月,2组患者HSS评分较术前显著升高(P<0.05),且试验组患者HSS评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4个月,2组患者膝关节第一段、第二段、第三段屈曲角度下的JPS均低于术前,且试验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。术后4个月,试验组生理功能、躯体疼痛、精神健康、社会功能、情感功能、总体健康各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:膝前交叉韧带重建术后实施穴位针刺联合康复训练可促进膝关节本体感觉恢复,利于膝关节功能恢复,提高患者术后生活质量。
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupoint needling and rehabilitation training on the recovery and prognosis of knee joint function after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Methods:Selected 160 cases of patients undergoing anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,and divided them into the experiment group and the control group randomly,80 cases in each group.After operation,the control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the experiment group additionally received acupoint needling rehabilitation measures.Before operation and 4 months after operation,compared the scores of knee joint function via the Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS),the recovery of proprioception in knee joint[difference values in different flexion angles of knee joint position sense(JPS)]and the scores of quality of life[Medical Outcomes Study-Short From(SF-36)]four months after operation in both groups.Results:Four months after operation,the scores of HSS in both groups were significantly improved than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of HSS in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Four months after operation,JPS at the first,second and third sections of flexion angles in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and each index above in the experiment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Four months after operation,the scores of physiological function,physical pain,mental health,social functioning and emotional functioning in the experiment group were respectively higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:After anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,acupoint needling and rehabilitation training can promote the recovery of proprioception in knee joint,do good for the recovery of knee joint function and improve the quality of life.
