多爆炸成形弹丸引爆带壳装药数值模拟研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用LS-DYNA有限元数值计算软件,对多爆炸成形弹丸(MEFP)战斗部冲击引爆带壳装药过程进行了模拟研究,对比分析了中心点、环形和平面3种起爆方式对MEFP的影响。相比中心点起爆,平面起爆时中心弹丸速度提高27.8%,动能提高87.5%;环形起爆下,中心弹丸速度提升24.6%,动能提升77.5%。3种起爆方式均能实现对带壳装药的冲击起爆,表明基于MEFP销毁带壳装药方法可行。相对于点起爆、环形起爆方式,采用平面起爆方式时弹丸发散角最小,弹丸束密集程度最高,利于提升未爆弹引爆率。 In this paper, LS-DYNA was used to simulate the impact detonation of multiple explosive shaped projectile(MEFP) with shell charge under three different detonation modes. Compared with the central point initiation, the velocity and kinetic energy of the central projectile were increased by 27.8% and 87.5% respectively in the plane initiation state. Under the condition of ring initiation, the velocity of the center projectile was increased by 24.6% and the kinetic energy by 77.5%.All the three detonation methods can realize the impact detonation of shell charge, which indicates that the method of destroying shell charge based on MEFP is feasible. Compared with the point initiation and ring initiation, the projectile divergence angle is the smallest and the projectile beam density is the highest when the plane initiation is adopted, which is conductive to improving the detonation rate of unexploded projectile.
