摘要
本文阐明了培养及提高医学生自主学习能力的必要性及重要性,并以如何提高医学生自主学习能力为中心,从学生、教师、学校三个角度分析目前存在的问题,并提出了学生要尽快适应环境、确立自主学习观,教师要改革教学方式、引导学生自主学习,学校要完善制度及环境建设、支持自主学习发展。
This paper clarified the necessity and importance of cultivating and improving the self-learning ability of medical students.Focused on how to improve the self-learning ability of medical students,this paper analyzed the existing problems from the perspectives of students,teachers and schools,and proposes that students should adapt to the environment as soon as possible and established a self-learning concept,teachers should reform their teaching methods and guide students to learn independently.Schools should improve their systems and environment,and support self-learning.
