摘要
根据压缩式垃圾车的装载工作原理,在电控系统的基础上,针对一次垃圾量倒入较多时或有些垃圾质地较硬导致正常的压填循环动作出现异常的情况进行了分析,并对压填循环流程加以改进,使其动作更加合理,更加智能化,从而降低了设备故障率,提高了垃圾车的使用寿命。
According to the loading working principle of the compression garbage truck,on the basis of the electric control system,the problems in the work of the compression filling cycle is analyzed,and finally the action is improved to make it more reasonable and intelligent,reducing the failure rate of the equipment and improving the service life of the garbage truck.
