摘要
介绍了一种新的袋式除尘脱硝一体化装置,说明了其基本结构和原理,通过在焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝工程中的"首台套"示范应用,反映出该发明装置具有流程短、净化效率高、阻力低、占地少和运行费用省等显著特点。运行表明,该装置长期稳定可靠,持续达到超低排放,特别适用于焦炉烟气等工业炉窑烟气协同净化。
A new kind of filter dust removal and denitrification integrated equipment is introduced,and its basic structure and principles are expounded.The"first set"demonstration application in the coke oven flue gas desulfurization and denitrification project shows that the device has such remarkable characteristics as short flow,high purification efficiency,low resistance,less occupation and less operation cost.The operation demonstrates that the device is stable and reliable for a long time,and continuously achieves ultra-low emissions,particularly suitable for collaborative purification of industrial furnace kiln flue gas such as coke oven flue gas.
