摘要
为使人们规范地认识和分析陌生系统并快速有效的确定顶事件、展开中间事件和基本事件,提出一种基于系统理论与国家标准相结合的事故树编制方法。该方法借鉴霍尔理论,提出"空间维"、"功能维"和"人-物-环境-管理"分块理论相结合的方式来熟悉系统,根据行业性质从《企业职工伤亡事故分类标准》(GB 6441-86)中直接选取行业典型事故作为顶事件,通过"与门型"、"或门型"两种方式展开中间事件和基本事件。以事故树分析法分析掘进工作面安全风险为例,快速整理出掘进工作面瓦斯爆炸事故树。事故树结果表明上述方案能够快速有效的完成事故树的编制,为事故树的编制提供了一种固定模式。
In order to enable people to understand and analyze unfamiliar systems and to quickly and effectively determine top events,intermediate events and basic events,a fault tree compilation method based on system theory and national standards is proposed.Based on Hall′s theory,the method combines"spatial dimension","functional dimension"and"human-object-environment-management"theory to familiarize with the system,in which the top event is chosen according to the typical events from the international standard events(GB 6441-86),and the"and-gate decomposition"and"or-gate decomposition"are used to find out the intermediate events and basic events.The example of excavation roadway safety risks is studied in this paper and the excavation roadway gas explosion fault tree can be quickly got.The result shows that the solution provides a fixed method to rapidly and efficiently establish a fault tree.
