摘要
机载电子设备发生故障的模式有渐进性故障和突发性故障,成因有外部成因和内部成因,其中元器件失效是主要成因之一。对机载电子设备进行故障诊断的时候,故障树分析法具有十分明显的优势。该方法是一种自上而下的演绎式失效分析法,建立系统故障树的时候,首先是确立顶事件,一般把系统明确的故障现象作为顶事件;其次是确定边界条件,边界条件应该囊括导致顶事件发生的所有情况;然后是确定其它中间事件和底事件;最后是简化和核对故障树。以机载速率陀螺组件输出信号异常为例,建立并应用故障树,将故障定位到最基本故障单元。研究表明,故障树分析法对于提高部队修理单位的故障诊断能力具有非常大的帮助。
There are progressive faults and sudden faults in the mode of failure of airborne electronic equipment. The causes are external causes and internal causes. Component failure is one of the main causes. Fault tree analysis has obvious advantages when troubleshooting onboard electronic equipment. The method is a top-down deductive failure analysis method. When establishing a system fault tree, the first is to establish a top event, generally the system has a clear fault phenomenon as the top event;the second is to determine the boundary conditions, and the boundary conditions should be included. All situations that lead to the top event;then other intermediate and bottom events are determined;finally, the fault tree is simplified and checked. Taking the abnormality of the output signal of the on-board rate gyro component as an example, a fault tree is established and a fault tree is applied to locate the fault to the most basic fault unit. Studies have shown that the fault tree analysis method is very helpful for improving the fault diagnosis capability of the unit.
