"多渠道综合教学"临床护理带教经验分享

Experience Sharing of Clinical Nursing Teaching in Multi-Channel Comprehensive Teaching

摘要 目的针对临床护理带教中教学时间不便统一安排的问题,探索新型教学模式,以提高护理带教效果.方法以"多渠道综合教学"模式进行临床护理带教试验,观察教学效果,与传统教学模式进行回顾性对比,总结教学经验.结果"多渠道综合教学"模式能有效利用碎片时间,教学方式灵活,解决了临床护理与教学之间的时间矛盾,在护理带教中教学效果良好.结论"多渠道综合教学"模式在护生带教中省时高效,教学效果良好,值得推广. Objective to explore a new teaching mode to improve the effect of clinical nursing teaching.Methods the clinical nursing teaching experiment was carried out with the mode of"multi-channel comprehensive teaching",the teaching effect was observed,and compared with the traditional teaching mode in a retrospective way to summarize the teaching experience.Results the"multi-channel comprehensive teaching"mode can effectively use the fragmented time,and the teaching method is flexible.It solves the time conflict between clinical nursing and teaching,and has good teaching effect in nursing teaching.Conclusion the mode of"multi-channel comprehensive teaching"is time-saving and efficient in the teaching of nursing students.
