摘要
目的探究优质护理在肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎患者中的应用效果。方法在2018年3月—2019年3月,采用随机抽样法选择本院肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎80例,将以简单随机法分为对照组、观察组,一组40例。对照组给予常规护理、观察组实施优质护理,比较肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎患者焦虑(SAS)、抑郁(SDS)自评量表以及不良反应发生率。结果实施护理后,观察组肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎患者SAS(53.20±2.44)分、SDS(53.10±2.60)分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,数据对比结果显示:P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采取优质护理服务能够明显改善患者的心理压力。
Objective To explore the effect of quality nursing in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with chronic hepatitis B.Methods From March 2018 to March 2019,80 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B were randomly selected by random sampling.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by simple random method,and a group of 40 patients.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was implemented quality nursing,and compared the anxiety(SAS),depression(SDS)self-rating scale and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with chronic hepatitis B.Results After the implementation of nursing,the SAS(53.20±2.44)score and SDS(53.10±2.60)score of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than that in the control group(20.00%)and the data comparison showed that the value of P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Adopting quality care services can significantly improve the psychological stress of patients.
