摘要
目的探讨优质护理管理在耐多药肺结核病人中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的耐多药肺结核疾病患者70例,随机分为两组,每组35例。常规组采取临床常规护理管理,优质组采取优质护理管理,比较两组护理效果及护理满意度。结果优质组护理效果各项均优于常规组,其护理满意度也高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论优质护理管理的有效实施,能够显著提升耐多药肺结核患者生活质量,降低疾病对机体状态及健康水平的影响,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the effects of high-quality nursing management on patients with multi-drugresistant tuberculosis(MDR-TB).Methods A total of 70 MDR-TB patients were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 35 cases in each group.The routine group was treated with clinical routine nursing management,while the high-quality group was given high-quality nursing management.The nursing effects and the degree of nursing satisfaction in patients were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the routine group,the high-quality group had better nursing effects and higher degree of nursing satisfaction(P<0.05).Conclusion The effective implementation of high-quality nursing management can significantly improve the life quality of MDR-TB patients and reduce the influence of the disease on the state and health level of patients being worthy of clinical promotion.
