摘要
目的研究阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合应用在冠心病治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我科在2018年1月—2019年6月收治的108例冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,为54例对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀治疗,为54例试验组患者予以阿托伐他汀与曲美他嗪联合用药方案,对比二组患者的治疗总有效率、心功能指标与血脂水平。结果试验组患者的治疗总有效率为98.15%,高于对照组的85.19%,试验组患者的血脂指标(TC、TG)的改善程度与对照组比较更加显著,试验组患者的心功能指标(LVEF、LVEDd)优于对照组,组间数据对比,P<0.05。结论为冠心病患者采用阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗方案,可有效缓解冠心病心绞痛症状,对调节脂质代谢、改善心功能具有重要帮助。
Objective To study the effect of atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine in the treatment of coronary heart disease.Methods 108 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our department from January 2018 to June 2019 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.54 patients in the reference group were treated with atorvastatin,and 54 patients in the experimental group were treated with atorvastatin and trimetazidine.The total effective rate,cardiac function index and blood lipid level of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 98.15%,higher than 85.19% in the reference group.The improvement of blood lipid indexes(TC,TG)in the experimental group was more significant than that in the reference group.The heart function indexes(LVEF,LVEDd)in the experimental group were better than that in the reference group,and the data comparison between the groups was P<0.05.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with trimetazidine can effectively relieve the symptoms of angina pectoris,regulate lipid metabolism and improve cardiac function.
