摘要
目的研究沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗老年慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选取2017年3月—2019年3月医院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组在常规治疗方法的基础上加用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片。比较两组的治疗效果,以及治疗前后的心功能指标和血清指标。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的70.00%,有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前心功能指标相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组左室射血分数(left ventricular ejection fraction,LVEF)(49.90±5.35)%高于对照组,观察组左心室舒张末期内径(left ventricular end-diastolic dimension,LVEDD)(49.98±4.06)mm低于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗前血清指标相比,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组氨基末端脑钠素前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-ProBNP)(404.78±30.41)pg/mL、肌钙蛋白T(cardiac troponin T,cTnT)(0.17±0.03)ng/mL,低于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在老年慢性心力衰竭的治疗中,使用沙库巴曲缬沙坦钠片治疗,能够提高治疗总有效率,显著改善患者心功能指标和血清指标,对患者康复效果更为理想。
Objective To study the clinical effect of valsartan sodium tablets in the treatment of chronic heart failure in the elderly.Methods 80 elderly patients with chronic heart failure treated in the hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was added with valsartan sodium tablets on the basis of conventional treatments.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,as were cardiac function and serum indicators before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 70.00% in the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in cardiac function indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the LVEF(49.90±5.35)% of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the LVEDD(49.98±4.06)mm of the observation group was lower than the control group.There were significant differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum indicators between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group NT-ProBNP(404.78±30.41)pg/mL and cTnT(0.17±0.03)ng/mL were lower than those in the control group.There were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic heart failure,the use of valsartan sodium tablets can improve the total effective rate of treatment,significantly improve the cardiac function indexes and serum indexes of patients,and it is more ideal for patients'rehabilitation.
