摘要
为探究速比系数对采棉机采摘特性的影响,本文建立采摘头采摘机构的运动模型,得出摘锭末端点运动轨迹方程,并结合新疆机采棉种植模式分析了摘锭运动轨迹对棉花采摘质量的影响。利用SolidWorks软件建立采摘机构三维模型,导入Adams软件对采摘机构进行运动学仿真分析,仿真结果为:当速比系数1.15<λ<1.3时,采摘机构形成的运动轨迹较好,有利于采棉机采摘。使用棉花采摘性能试验台进行采摘试验验证,试验结果表明,当速比系数1.15<λ<1.3时,棉花采净率均大于93%,撞落棉损失率均小于2.5%,采摘质量均满足棉花收获技术要求,试验结果验证理论分析和运动仿真的正确性,可为采棉机速度匹配和采摘机理提供理论依据。
In order to explore the influence of the speed ratio coefficient on the picking characteristics of the picking machine, this paper establishes the motion model of the picking head picking mechanism, and obtains the equation of the trajectory of the end point of the picking, and analyzes the movement track of the ingot with the cotton picking pattern of Xinjiang. The technical requirements of harvesting, the test results verify the correctness of theoretical analysis and motion simulation, and provide a theoretical basis for the speed matching and picking mechanism of the cotton picker.
