摘要
棉花是重要的战略物资,水平摘锭式采棉机是当前主流的机械化收获工具,且采摘系统是采棉机的核心部件。为此,通过在新疆南北疆地区实地考察,综合阅读文献,对我国水平摘锭式采棉机采摘系统关键部件和机理研究现状进行了综述和分析,指出了现阶段我国水平摘锭式采棉机采摘系统研究的不足。结合实际采收情况,指出我国水平摘锭式采棉机采摘系统稳定性低、智能程度低、采头堵塞原因与机理分析研究不足等短板,并给出了未来发展建议,以期促进我国水平摘锭式采棉机采摘系统的快速发展。
Cotton is an important strategic material,horizontal spindle type cotton picker is the current mainstream mechanized harvesting tools,picking system is the core components of the cotton picker,this paper through China's horizontal spindle type cotton picker picking system key components and mechanism research status review and analysis,pointed out the current stage of China's horizontal spindle type cotton picker picking system research deficiencies.Combining with the actual harvesting situation,it is proposed that the stability of China's horizontal spindle type cotton picker picking system on the low side,the degree of intelligence on the low side too,and the reasons and mechanism of picking head blockage are not enough to analyze the shortcomings,and future development suggestions are given in order to promote the rapid development of China's horizontal spindle type cotton picker picking system.
