教师角色的转换与提升--基于实用主义“经验”理论

摘要 动态的情境性、探究的连续性、完整的生命性、辩证的选择性是实用主义"经验"哲学的主要特性,深入研究杜威的"经验"理论可以发现教师角色亟需转化为"润泽生命的关怀者""理论实践的反思者""情境体验的创设者"和"批判思维的探究者"。因此,教师角色转换与提升的路径为:唤醒教师生命认同,厚植教师民主理念;催生教师反思意识,培育教师自省精神;促进教师实践引领,重视教学情境搭建;建构教师教研机制,重塑教师交往社群。 The dynamic situation,the continuity of inquiry,the integrity of life,the dialectical selectivity is the main features of the pragmatic theory of "experience".By the in-depth study of Dewey’s "experience" theory,we can find that the teachers’ role urgently need transform to "The caregiver of nourishing life", "the reflector of theoretical practice", "the creator of situational experience", "the inquirer of critical thinking".Therefore,it is necessary to explore the path of the transformation of teachers’ roles from the following aspects:awakening teachers’ identity of life and strengthening teachers’ democratic concept;To promote teachers’ reflective consciousness and cultivate teachers’ introspective spirit;Promote teachers’ practice guidance and attach importance to the construction of teaching situation;Construct teachers’ teaching and research mechanism and reshape teachers’ communication community.
