反墩工艺在厚板冲压成形中的应用

摘要 分析了重卡汽车离合器盖的冲压工艺,提出了厚板反墩精整工艺,以改善常规冲压成形工艺难以克服的技术缺陷,并介绍了基于Dynaform平台体单元的仿真技术对厚板冲压反墩工艺的数值模拟,结合生产经验对反墩模具结构进行设计。 The stamping process of heavy truck clutch cover was analyzed,and the inverse upsetting process of thick plate was proposed to improve the technical defect that difficult to be overcome in conventional stamping process.A simulation technology based on the body unit of Dynaform platform was used to numerically simulate the inverse upsetting process of thick plate.The structural design of the inverse upsetting die was introduced in combination with production experience.
