摘要
针对齿形链板在级进模成形时,存在冲裁光亮带和链板平面度达不到要求的问题,对零件排样和模具结构进行了优化。优化后的零件排样采用双排齿尖部交错排列方案,可同时成形内接触内链板和外接触内链板。零件外形冲裁和落料采用镶嵌式结构,便于通过更换模具部件生产不同尺寸的链板零件。实践证明,模具结构设计合理,生产效率高,满足客户的要求。
In order to make the blanking euphotic zone and the planeness of chain plate meet the requirement in the forming process of silent chain plate, the layout of the part and the die structure were optimized. The arrangement scheme was adopted tip staggered with double tooth, which forming the inner and external contacts of inner chain plate. The die structure used many inserts, which easy to change the die parts to produce different chain plate.
