摘要
以华南农业大学材料与能源学院生物质光固化材料课题组为例,介绍了化学材料类专业工科研究生联合培养体系的构建和实践。首先对大湾区研究生联合培养中高校、科研院所和企业、研究生三方对联合培养的需求以及多元化研究生联合培养的必要性进行了分析;然后介绍了全方位多元化的大湾区研究生联合培养模式,主要包括研究生培养基地模式、佛山基地研究生联合培养模式、东莞中心研究生联合培养模式、粤港澳大湾区研究生联合培养模式4种。最后介绍了多元化的大湾区研究生联合培养保障措施以及生物质光固化材料课题组联合培养研究生实践所取得的阶段性成果。
This paper takes the biomass light curing materials research group of the College of Materials and Energy in South China Agricultural University as an example and introduces the construction and practice of the joint training system for the graduate students majoring in chemical materials. First of all, it analyzes the needs of universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and graduate students in the joint training and necessity of the joint training of diversified graduate students in the Greater Bay Area. It mainly includes four types of graduate training models such as the graduate training base model, Foshan base graduate joint training model, Dongguan center graduate joint training model and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area graduate joint training model. Finally, the paper introduces the diversified guarantee measures for the joint training of graduate students in the Greater Bay Area and phased achievements of the joint training of graduate students by the Biomass UV Curing Materials Group.
