摘要
吉兰-巴雷综合征(Guillain-Barre Syndrom,GBS)是一种自身免疫介导的周围神经病,主要损害多数脊神经根和周围神经,常常累及脑神经。GBS致病因素比较复杂,按病理学特点该病可分为急性炎性脱鞘性多发性神经病(AIDP)和急性运动轴索性神经病(AMAN),其中以AIDP最为常见;可通过临床症状、脑脊液检查和电生理特征等诊断。男性发病率略高于女性,且任何年龄段都可发病。目前现代医学对GBS多采用对症治疗、免疫治疗和支持性治疗且治疗效果有限,探索及时、多样、有效的辅助治疗方法具有重要意义。
Guillain-Barre Syndrom(GBS)is an autoimmune-mediated peripheral neuropathy that primarily damages most spinal nerve roots and peripheral nerves,often accumulating brain nerves.The pathogenic factors of GBS are complex.According to the pathological features,the disease can be divided into acute inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathies(AIDP)and acute motor axonal neuropathy(AMAN),of which AIDP is the most common and can by diagnosed through symptoms,cerebrospinal fluid examination and electrophysiological characteristics.The incidence of men is slightly higher than that of women,and can occur in any age group.At present,modern medicine adopts symptomatic treatment,immunotherapy and supportive strategies(such as neurotrophic)for treatment of GBS,and the treatment effect is limited.It is of great significance to explore timely,diverse and effective adjuvant treatment methods.
