摘要
视神经脊髓炎(NMO)是视神经和脊髓相继或同时受累的脱鞘性病变,症状复杂,并发症多,易复发。2018年1月-2019年7月收治视神经脊髓炎患者47例,进行精心护理,并总结护理体会。
Optic neuromyelitis(NMO)is a demyelinating lesion of the optic nerve and spinal cord that is affected sequentially or simultaneously,with complex symptoms,many complications,and easy recurrence.47 patients with optic neuromyelitis were selected from January 2018 to July 2019,they were carefully nursed,and their nursing experience was summarized.
